Order Cancellations and Pre-orders:
We do not accept order cancellations, including for pre-orders and factory direct items. If we cannot ship your pre-order by the estimated ship-by date, we may consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
U.S. customers selecting standard or express shipping (with estimated 30% duties) who later cancel their order after we have emailed to confirm import charges will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative time and quoting.
