• Professional Tufting Gun:The 2024 AK-V or AK 5 Tufting Gun is an ultra-quiet, low-vibration tufting machine that makes crafting a serene experience.
• A 3-pack of Threaders to thread yarn into your machine.
• Tufting Frame: This sturdy 1 yards x 1 yards (90cm x 90cm) frame is perfectly sized for creating area rugs. All you need is a table!
• Tufting Fabric: Enough 1.1 yards x 2.2 yards (100cm x 200cm) of durable tufting fabric with a double weft and warp, made of (70% polyester, 30% cotton).
• Secondary Rug Backing: 1.1 yards x 2.2 yards (100cm x 200cm) of thick, non-slip backing fabric for a professional finish to keep your rug from slipping and sliding away.
• Rug Binding: Approximately 11 yards (10 meters) of cotton twill rug binding to secure the most fragile part of a rug. Using binding is the best practice if your rug will be on the floor.
• Carving Tool: This kit comes with the most common carver used in tufting, the Rosewood Carver. This carver can handle cotton, acrylic, and wool and also includes a guide. The guide included requires you to screw in your carver each time you use it; we offer an easy-clip carving guide that does not require screwing and unscrewing your carver [Here]
  • If you primarily use rug wool, you may want to consider our heavy-duty carveras an additional purchase, as it's a bit more robust and easily handles rug yarns.
