When you order an Item from our shop will will intend to ship within 2-3 business days. 

Some items that take longer for us to put together may take up to a week to be shipped, but please contact us if timing for receiving your item is urgent.

We try to note when items in our store are  pending arrival in New Zealand by adding a date by the title of the product. If you aren't sure if a product is physically in stock & ready to ship, just email us at hello@allthingseffy.com or reach out to All Things EFFY on Facebook or Instagram.

Our shipping rates vary, it is package size dependent.

Within NZ we ship with NZ Post post and all items are tracked. We are located in Christchurch so you can expect your item within a few business days if you are on the South Island and possibly 2-3 business days if you are located on the north island. Courier services are back their regular speed. 

Outside of NZ we ship with NZ Post and DHL Express and all packages are tracked. Because we offer such a variety in product, the programs we use cannot always estimate shipping correctly. That means you may be invoiced after your purchase with an additional shipping charge. We are continuously trying to find solutions to this problem but we want you to pay for only the goods you are receiving and the exact size & weight of that order.  if we transitioned to set box sizes and weights, it not allow us to do this. 

If you don't receive your item or you receive an incorrect item, we want to know. We want to know if we make mistakes or if you are dissatisfied. I (Carolyn - shop owner) am always available to address your concerns.
